What is a supplement tracker for women?

A supplement tracker for women keeps the supplements you already take next to the check-ins you choose to log. Revé records doses, timing, schedules, and reminders, and tags each logged entry with your cycle phase. It does not tell you which supplement belongs in which phase.

01 / Why the phase stays on the entry

Why tag a supplement entry with your cycle phase?

A date says when you wrote the note. Cycle phase says where that day sat in your cycle. With the phase on the entry, a note from this cycle can sit next to your note from the same phase of a previous cycle. You are reading your own log.

That lineup is for review. It is not a reason to start, stop, or switch a supplement. Revé does not suggest what to take in any phase.

Doses, timing, and schedules

Build a routine with the supplements you already take, including doses, timing, and schedules. Log each dose as you take it, and set a reminder time if you want one.

Cycle phase on the entry

Every dose, check-in, and measurement you log is tagged with your cycle phase. That label is what lets you line up the same phase across cycles.

Check-ins you choose

Record mood, energy, sleep, appetite, or any changes you notice, if you want a check-in. A daily check-in takes 47 seconds. These are observations you choose to log.

Measurements and photos

Track measurements and progress photos over time, then compare your logs phase by phase and cycle to cycle.

The tag is there so you can reread your own notes.

Same phase, another cycle, your own words beside each other. Revé does not explain what you wrote, and it does not tell you what to take next.

02 / How Revé works

How is this different from a supplement checklist?

Revé is not a checklist, and it is not a list of supplements to take by phase. It is a log of the supplements you already take, with your cycle phase stored on each entry.

Log the dose you took

Add the supplement as you take it, with the timing and schedule you set. A reminder can sit with that dose so it is less likely to go unlogged.

Keep the phase on it

The entry is tagged with your cycle phase. That is what makes it possible to read your own notes phase by phase later.

Add a check-in only if you want

Note mood, energy, sleep, appetite, or any changes you notice. These are observations you choose to record. Then compare your logs phase by phase and cycle to cycle.

03 / One entry

What does one supplement log entry look like?

Below is the shape of a single entry. The words are the ones you type. The phase is the phase of the day you logged. Revé does not choose the supplement, the dose, or the phase.

Sample entry Fields on one logged supplement entry.

Illustrative only. The date, cycle day, and phase are sample labels for the fields. They are not a chart of when a phase occurs, and they are not a suggestion to take a supplement.

A peptide entry can use the same phase tag, in the same routine. That workflow is on the peptide tracker for women page, so this one can stay with supplements. For paper, the peptide and cycle log template is a free sheet with a cycle day, a cycle phase, and a line for a supplement entry in your own words.

04 / A few answers

Questions about a supplement log for women.

What can I log in a supplement routine?

You can log supplements you already take, with doses, timing, and schedules, and set a reminder time. You choose what else to record: mood, energy, sleep, appetite, and any changes you notice. Revé does not tell you what to take.

Why is each supplement entry tagged with cycle phase?

So you can line your own notes up by phase. A note from this cycle can sit next to your note from the same phase of an earlier cycle. The tag is context for that review. It is not a suggestion to take a supplement in that phase.

How is Revé different from a supplement checklist?

A checklist marks a dose as done. Revé keeps the dose, timing, schedule, cycle phase, and any check-in, measurement, or progress photo you choose to log. You can compare that record phase by phase and cycle to cycle. Revé does not recommend supplements.

Can I log peptides and supplements in one routine?

Yes. Peptides and supplements can sit in one routine, and each logged entry is tagged with your cycle phase. Keeping them together does not recommend a combination or tell you what to take.

Does Revé recommend supplements for a cycle phase?

No. Revé recommends nothing. It logs what you already take and tags each entry with your cycle phase. It does not choose a supplement, set a dose, or change your schedule. It sells no compounds.

Peptide logging is covered on the peptide tracker for women page. A free printable sheet is the peptide and cycle log template. More answers are in the Revé FAQ.

05 / A clear boundary

Revé is a logging tool, not medical advice.

This page describes Revé's supplement log. Revé is a Health & Fitness app for iPhone and requires iOS 17.0 or later. Download is free, and a subscription is required for full access. It is a personal logging tool, not medical advice, and it sells no compounds. It does not tell you what to take, and it does not change your schedule. The app includes plain-language reference material. That material does not tell you what to take.
