A free sheet, with cycle phase on the row.

Print it, write on it, or download the rows as a CSV. Peptide Tracker for Women describes the Revé iPhone app. This page is the printable log.

Why the phase column is there

Line the same point in each cycle up.

A date tells you when you wrote something down. Cycle day and cycle phase give that row a second label, so a note from one cycle can sit next to the same point in a later cycle. One sheet per cycle, with the same day numbers, is an easy way to read them side by side.

That lineup is for your own reading. Day numbers and phase labels on this sheet are a journaling layout. They are for organizing notes, and they are not for contraception, fertility, or medical use.

On iPhone, Revé keeps a routine next to menstrual-cycle context and tags each logged dose, check-in, and measurement with your cycle phase, so you can compare your logs phase by phase and cycle to cycle. Supplement logging is on the supplement tracker for women page. Questions about the app are in the FAQ. The short introduction is on the home page.

How to use the sheet

Fill what you want. Leave the rest blank.

Set the rows

Choose how many days to show. Enter a start date if you want the date column filled in. Enter a cycle length if you want cycle day to count up and start again at 1. Leave either blank if you would rather write those by hand.

Write only what you choose

Use the routine column for a supplement or routine entry in your own words. Mood, energy, sleep, appetite, and notes are check-ins you may leave blank. The sheet does not tell you what to write or what to take.

Print or download

Print the page, or download a CSV to open in a spreadsheet. Both stay on your device. What you type is not uploaded.

The sheet

Your peptide and cycle log.

Fourteen blank rows are ready to print. Add a start date when you want the dates filled in. Cycle length only numbers the cycle-day column.

Optional phase labels

Leave a box blank to skip that label. Days after your last number are labeled Luteal. These labels only organize the grid. They are not for contraception, fertility, or medical use.

On a small screen, swipe the table sideways for every column. Printing uses a landscape page. Entries stay in this browser and are not uploaded.

Personal peptide and cycle log.
Date Cycle day Cycle phase Routine / supplement entry in your own words Check-ins you may choose to log
Mood Energy Sleep Appetite Notes

Check-in columns are observations you may choose to write down. They are a place for your own words, and the sheet does not treat them as effects of a routine.

A clear boundary

A log sheet, not medical advice.

This page is a free personal log. It does not recommend what to write in the routine column, and it does not interpret what you write. Cycle-day numbers and phase labels are for organizing a journal. They are not for contraception, fertility, or medical use.

Revé on the App Store is a separate way to keep a log on iPhone. It requires iOS 17.0 or later. Every dose, check-in, and measurement you log is tagged with your cycle phase. You can compare those logs phase by phase and cycle to cycle. Revé does not tell you what to take.

On the App Store

The same kind of log, kept on your phone.

Revé is an iPhone app for logging peptides and supplements with check-ins such as mood, energy, sleep, appetite, and any changes you notice. Each dose, check-in, and measurement is tagged with your cycle phase.
